ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
We do our best to get your order shipped out right away after you make a purchase. Due to the pandemic, shipping may be delayed.
If you need to make changes to your order, please reach out as soon as possible with your order number via the Contact Page by clicking HERE. We'll do everything possible to accomodate your request.
Currently, orders are expected to arrive 2-3 weeks after receipt of payment.
We will let you know via email when your order has been processed and when it ships out.
Orders can be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. After processing, orders cannot be canceled.
Please make sure you have provided a correct shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
It usually takes 2-3 weeks for an order to arrive.
Due to COVID-19, carrier shipping times may be longer than usual. DELAYS & LIMITED TRACKING may be experienced.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items will sometimes arrive in multiple packages. Please keep this in mind when you recieve your order.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
To anywhere in the US and Canada, with the exception of APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Due to COVID delays, we are currently not shipping to other countries at this time.
