Spend some time shuffling and getting comfortable with your cards. You'll notice that the image cards have gray backs and the question cards have yellow backs.

The image cards and self-reflection question cards are meant to be mixed and matched, to create new combinations with each draw.

2. DRAW YOUR CARDS

Spread your cards out with the images and questions facing down.

Think about a situation, feeling, or issue you're facing.

You'll find many ways to work with Spark Cards, but you can start by drawing one gray card and one yellow card.

3. LET YOUR BRAIN WORK

First, take in the image card. Notice details, allow any feelings the image evokes, what you see, and your reactions. Next, respond to the question card with regard to your issue, feeling, or situation.
