2. We will need your order number, detailed description of the situation, photos (in case the product arrived damaged or incomplete), and anything else necessary to resolve whatever issue you may have.
3. Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you!

We do not offer returns and all sales are final. If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection, we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for return. If approved we will ask you to send the product back to us. Once received we will send you a brand new product at no cost to you.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
We currently do not offer refunds. Only under circumstances in which we made a mistake, will we consider issuing a refund. Requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Sale items will not be considered for refund. If a refund is approved, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. To request consideration for a refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods. Unfortunately we are unable to consider your request if you contact us outside of this period.
In case of a return, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the order. Costs of shipping products to you are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in a re-sellable condition before making a refund.
